We’re looking for an energetic Sales Account Executive with experience selling service-based solutions. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, closing deals and driving revenue. Your ultimate goal is to build solutions for clients in the B2B tech and service industry who are looking to accelerate their digital growth.

We do this by:

1. Conducting various growth experiments

2. Implementing the data in the marketing strategy

3. Fine-tune and scale marketing tactics that generate a positive ROI

The goal: to increase revenue and drastically reduce waste in advertising and media budget

What you’ll be doing

  • Get in touch with decision makers, build up the pipeline and set up new verticals
  • Advise those decision makers on the opportunities of growth marketing in their business
  • Follow-up on and manage qualified leads by phone and email in a timely fashion
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential clients
  • Understand the objectives and challenges of the buying committee, and match their specific needs with the solutions we offer
  • Structure and negotiate the deal, taking all necessary actions to create a clear-cut, value-based proposal for cooperation
  • Close the deal and help prepare the kick-off of the project
  • Meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought partner for the decision makers, even if they are not ready to purchase just yet
  • Convey learnings from intake conversations to the marketing team

What you’ll be bringing to the team

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a service-based selling
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a target based environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • A solid drive, growth mindset, and a go-getter mentality: You are an assertive closer, you drive the deal home
  • Passion for people, marketing, data and technology
  • Strong presentation skills and telephone manner: You naturally convey trust 

Even better if you have, but not necessary

  • Experience in a technology-related environment
  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Verbal and written communication skills in French
  • Understanding of growth marketing principles
