Who we are
HiGrowth is a data-driven marketing agency that helps companies to accelerate their digital growth rapidly, using data.
We achieve this by:
- Conducting various growth experiments.
- Integrating data into our overarching strategy.
- Fine-tuning and scaling effective marketing tactics.
The goal: to increase revenue while drastically reducing waste in advertising and media spending.
What you’ll be doing
- Identifying and analyzing new business opportunities and markets.
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Spearheading market research to inform business strategies.
- Influencing and contributing to long-term business strategy and planning.
- Setting up pilot programs with potential clients.
- Coordinating with the management team on strategic decisions.
- Mapping and identifying customer needs and coordinating with internal teams for tailored product offerings.
What you’ll be bringing to the team
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategic business development, ideally in a tech or data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- A passion for people, marketing, data, and technology.
- Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
